"The room was spotless with free refreshments such as water, tea coffee and crackers. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We had some minor issues with the keyless entry but some glitches are expected with a new property. The location is spectacular!"

"The room was really nice and very clean. The brought-in breakfast was fresh and surprisingly delicious (I wasn’t expecting much). The front desk attendant went above and beyond with support when we had a lost passport. Walking distance to the Plaka and the Acropolis, and a taxi stand just at the end of the block. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We used Mitsus N'U as a springboard for a cruise. Easy to get to from the airport via the Metro, it's only 3 or 4 short blocks from the Metro station, and the desk got us a taxi to the port in the morning. Very clean, great staff, and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. "

"Ermass was a terrific option for us. A lovely hotel room for four nights with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Very convenient location quite near to the metro (both from the airport and to the sites) The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop area was lovely for a place to finish off the evening. The area was not brilliant, but we did not feel unsafe. Remember to support the wine bar outside the entrance - lovely owner. "
