"I had a pleasant stay overall and would give this hotel 4 stars. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, who did an excellent job every day, and to Petro at the pool. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and really made our stay more enjoyable. "The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks"

"Schöne Anlage, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Der Strand ist nicht sehr weitläufig. Man kann keine langen Strandspaziergänge machen. Das Baden ist optimal, da man durch die Sandbänke ziemlich weit raus gehen kann und stehen auch noch möglich ist. Das Essen war gut, leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. "Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought.
