"The room floor and bathroom floor were both dirty with debris just swept or mopped into the corners. I didn’t see a wall that didn’t have dead bugs on it.. There were no clean towel services provided. You had to go to the front desk and then only 2 were provided and those were so paper thin you could air dry faster. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and they at least repaired that. Take your own pillows. The ones provided make airline pillows seems luxurious. You can spend the same money...

"When we checked in to our original room, the A/C was not working. The lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name but she was dressed as a green M&M) was soooo helpful and sweet. She switched us to another room immediately while also helping another guest on the phone and 2 more at the desk! - Talk about multitasking! The breakfast was delicious and my son loved the bacon!"

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used.
The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"This property has 2 floors. My room was on the second floor, very far from the top of the stairs. There is no elevator. After I lugged my luggage up the stairs and down the two halls, the key they gave me did not unlock the door. I started to lug my luggage back down the hall when I encountered a man with a ladder. I asked him if he could help me. He took my key back downstairs and had it rekeyed and brought it back up to me.
The room was adequate. The remote did not work to turn on the tv. The...
