"The location was very good if you were attending anything at Darling Harbour, also only a short walk to Chinatown, Paddy's market and the city. Lots of Asian restaurants close by. The lobby and room were old and showing signs of age but was comfortable enough. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge has no shelves on the door so made it difficult to store much cold food in the room ad the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. I paid a good rate for three nights as I chose limited housekeeping, however there was no housekeeping at all. We would sttay again just for the good location."

"A Hyatt package came up and I decided to book it but as a longtime Accor loyalist, I didn’t expect much. I was blown away! The room was perfect, quiet, the amenities were great, and the location was fantastic. I walked everywhere or took the train. The best part, though, was the staff. They were warm, polite, and genuinely kind. Everything I needed was met with a “no problem.” I felt heard, seen, and truly valued. Carl and Ahmoud were amazing and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Not once was I met with annoyance or anything negative — just smiles and kindness from every staff member I encountered. They honestly made me want to be a better person — that’s how exceptional the service was. I will absolutely be back!"
