"Friendly staff Clean rooms"

"The staff (and other guests) are friendly. The a ckmdayiobs are well thought out for bringing your pets. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot coffee available all the time. The breakfast is modest but has everything we needed. Thouroughly enjoyed our second stay here."

"The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good."

"The biggest problem at this hotel the parking fee that does not give you a designated parking space. I think it should not be a FEE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A SPACE FOR MY CAR EACH DAY THAT I STAY THERE. I WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEXT TRIP TO THE AREA."

"Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip."

"Family friendly hotel"

"The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair...

"Bed was very comfortable and price was low for DC area. So 3 stars for that but door lock hardly worked, coffee packets were forgotten second day so minus 2 stars. Overall 1 star because it was very convenient for my move."

"Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds . The staff including front desk and General Manager were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient to DC and Dulles AP. Neighborhood was quiet and safe!! Location was close to food, restaurants and shopping. Wonder fast food offered almost anything to eat that you would ever want for lunch and dinner!! We would definitely recommend and stay again. We were there 5 nights"
