"You can't help but notice the extremely helpful staff. Even when it seemed they were swamped with check ins or guest needing their attention, they actively lister to everyone and ensured we were OK. As non Chinese speaking guests, they worked double hard to support us and you could see all the efforts...from translator apps to diagrams. The breakfast was also very good... again with the courteous staff. The rooms were clean and overall the price was very right. We got more value than we paid for. I highly recommend this hotel."

"From start to finish our stay here was amazing. The rooms were spacious and modern. The building is situated in a little square next to the river. The hotel offer free pick up and drop off at the train station which was a big help. What makes staying here the best, is the staff. Such lovely, thoughtful people, who can not do enough for you. They really do go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They have a really fluffy cat that chills out in the lobby that my son loved. On leaving the hotel, the staff gave us a gift which was incredibly nice of them. Please do stay at this hotel if you visit the area. 10/10"

"Very easy check-in with friendly and patient staff. The room was comfortable and the bed plush, so if you are finding some Chinese beds too hard you will be thankful for a night's sleep here."
