"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place"

"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. "Muy bien siempre uso casa andina"

"The hotel location is great, 4-5 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants and the main attractions. The staff was super helpful. The room and amenities are basic, but clean. There are a few steps from the road where the car can park to the hotel entrance, so you have to lift your luggages for a few steps. We had a great time in Ollantaytambo."

"Good location right in the middle of everything. Walkable to Ollantaytambo train station, main square, restaurants, shops and the archaeological site. Basic hotel, large room. Ok breakfast nothing fancy. Nice and helpful staff but speak limited English. Reasonable price."
