The staff was very attentive and charming. Leo check with us when we arrived and helped us with getting transportation from the Hotel to Cusco.
He made sure to know what time we’d like to have breakfast daily.
The grounds at the hotel are beautiful and the accommodations with a sitting area with tea was lovely.
Great stay in Ollantaytambo! Owners were so kind, breakfast was tasty and hassle free, overall the stay was a good value for the price. They are ~25min walk to the train station and ~5mins to the central square.
Hotel has nice setup with a grassy courtyard in the middle. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good - complete with made to order eggs. The location is very convenient to the town square and exploring the sites.
This is a lovely place to stay at. The front desk and staff are kind and friendly. There was one day where I had mud all over my shoes so I took them off to walk through the yard. One of the employees saw this and took my shoes to wash them. The yard itself is so serene to just sit in. I highly recommend it.
The best part of the whole stay was the host, Leonardo. He took care of our needs, gave us recommendations about restaurants, and even had us a breakfast bag at 4:20 am! He was an amazing host! The room was clean, but there was some light coming from the shared spaces.
The owner of the property was amazing and very kind. He helped me to find drivers to Cusco airport from Ollantaytambo and prepare the breakfast for me to take when I had to catch a 5 am train. The place is next to the mountain and very peaceful... Thank you for hosting me.
The host was very friendly and respectful. We speak little English and he was vey patient with our questions. We were staying one night but needed parking for 2. He didnt charge for the extra night of parking so we tipped him the equivalent!
Super charming hotel with a beautiful isolated courtyard. It's so quiet and peaceful inside with rocking chairs, hammocks, and small tables available for relaxing before or after long day visiting. Room we had and saw had a shared antichamber with cute tables for tea and coffee.
Yez at reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. She did everything possible to give us a good stay experience. All the staff we ran into was welcoming and hard working.
Location is a short walk from Plaza de Armas making it easy to go wherever you want in town, with refuge from traffic noise.
Its a beautiful place and we'll worth it for anyone looking to stay in Ollantaytambo.
This is a gem in the heart of Ollantaytambo! I came here after having experience a not-so-well checkin experience elsewhere, but Meda at the reception was so kind and accomodating. The checkin was smooth, the room is decent for a one-night stay (as I did) and the common areas are so beautiful! Besides the great mountain views, I was more impressed by their service during my checkout.
I had to leave way early to catch the train leading to Machu Picchu, which would have meant that i had to skip brekfast (included). In response, they Meda and her coworker prepared me a food bag with allt the essential for my trip. They didn't have to do that, but I was so glad they did.
We landed at the hotel after our sightseeing tour late evening by which time the Manager Yesy had gone for the day.
Our 1 night stay had an interesting set of rooms. We were 2 families- the entry had a sitting area with TV between the two bedrooms with separate lockable doors each.
It was a basic room with 3 twin beds for two people. Beds were comfortable and clean. Small bathroom.
Breakfast was included. Eggs were prepared on site; bread, fresh fruits, juices and coffee/tea.
The landscape outside was beautiful with cloud covered mountains surrounding this valley hotel. Entry to the hotel was difficult as there was construction being done. We had to carry our suitcases from the roadside to the entrance a little ways. However, it is a good budget hotel, close to the Ollantaytambo ruins. Felt it was a bit pricey though.
Yesy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Situated just about a block away from the plaza, this charming property has a beautiful garden with a view of the mountains.
Our room was adjacent to a nice lounge we can go and sit and even watch TV. Rooms were very comfortable with warm beddings.
Staff speaks very good English, and check in was easy. They kept my luggage while I was on the Camino zincs and my family met me in Agua Calientes then we went to Ollantaytambo.
But the most important is that the owners are kind and accommodating. My son was ridden by mosquito bites from AG and Yesi was a savior to help me and my son. They are kind, gentle and loving with over 25 years in the business, they know how run their business.
Highly recommend Saul and Yesi who go far and beyond their call of duty! I will forever be grateful. Fara

Great place and wonderful staff made me feel home and welcome
Very bare necessities hotel. Maybe due to off season their breakfast was very limited. The living room in this hotel is shared which is not obvious from the pictures. Rooms are cramped for space.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Easy walk to the main plaza. Road in front was under construction but you didnt hear much noise. Sweet dog and cat on the property.
