"Pools were clean and somewhat well maintained. But the rooms were horrible, carpet hasn't been clean in probably weeks, found underwear in the closet, just disgusting. Restaurant was good, we enjoyed the food and the service. It's just too bad that management not even trying to make property nicer. After many years coming, probably will not return."

"This is definitely family friendly but the pools seemed dirty the walls didn't look clean which was disappointing because the pools are nice and the lazy river was my favorite but didn't like we couldnt enjoy a drink through the lazy river . "Excellent place to stop on a road trip! Everything was clean and orderly. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no hallway noise or other interruptions to our rest.
It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool.
