外面很涼，房內夏天會悶熱，沒冷氣，要10點過後才會涼一點，晚餐食物種類選擇太少，價格偏高青少年吃不飽，消夜沒泡麵!小孩活動設施太少，音樂表演不夠年輕化，樂曲應要老少咸宜！

中規中矩的山上住宿

算是中規中矩的住宿，因為在山上濕氣很重，所以也不用太期待設備部分。洗澡熱水滿充足的，晚上床上有電熱毯可以供加熱。可以先到櫃檯check-in之後，把車子可以停在靠近小木屋的地方，不需要搬很遠的行李。

房務跟餐點有待改進...

大自然環境真的太棒了，空氣風景好棒！房間整體乾淨，但紗窗上的灰塵已經厚到擋住空氣進出，還有廁所24小時都是臭的...我覺得有點對不起這美麗的風景。餐點部分，早餐可以，但晚餐只有炒青菜跟雞湯可以，肉類冷盤實在不推薦。

風景很棒的住宿區，免費停車加上明池遊樂區的門票，很實用。 早餐可以吃飽，品質普通。 晚餐自費，二人份的價位和飯菜，物超所值。

房間壁紙烏黑。 房間硬體設備有很大改善空間。 晚間其他遊客喝醉了吵鬧整晚，櫃檯值班人員也不管控。任此遊客吵鬧。 森林遊樂園區的硬體設備也要大大改善。

住宿環境、態度大致友善，唯獨餐廳部分須加強。 菜色普通，些許菜色過鹹。要求旅客戴口罩及手套使用餐具，員工自己本身卻不戴口罩，大家用餐都脫下口罩，員工卻也跟著脫下口罩走來走去，還跟著飲食。

房價五千多卻是住在員工宿舍的樓層，員工進進出出，房間到處都發霉，設備老舊、隔音差，餐點更是難吃，選擇也非常少。餐廳環境讓人不敢恭維，回收區堆積如山蚊蟲亂飛也沒人清理。僅有明池導覽還不錯，似乎不是一個適合過夜住宿的旅行景點
