"Friendly staff."

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. "The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. "Finding the hotel by car was little difficult as it is some distance down a lane from the town but should be easy with App Waze. There was lots of space around the hotel for safe parking. The reception was very friendly and helpful in this modern hotel, very fresh, spacious and clean. We had great evening meal in the restaurant and good breakfasts in their paved, enclosed patio area. Great location for visiting Llubliana and Bled and good jumping off point for Postojna. Highly recommend the...

"The hotel was okay for a short stay, but it felt quite outdated and could use some renovations. There was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The staff was generally polite, but not particularly welcoming or friendly. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and average quality. Overall, it was manageable for a night or two, but I would probably look at other options before staying here again."
