"Very clean and exceptionally quiet location."

"Booked this hotel last minute on Expedia after traveling all day. When we went to check-in, the staff was RUDE and tried to charge us an additional $40. He refused to rent the room to us. Expedia said it was a non-refundable room, but we spoke to the manager, and stated he would cancel our reservation and get it refunded. That was the only good thing about it! "Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible."
