"Our 2 night stay at Penn Cove cabin was magical! We saw bunnies, hummingbirds & eagles all from the front porch meadow area. And hearing the frogs in the pond as you drift off to sleep was so peaceful. The cozy little cabin is tucked away in the woods yet so close to anything you need. Deception Pass state park, Oak Harbor for morning coffee or groceries, Fort Casey/lighthouse & Coupeville are a must. "I am always torn about giving a great review for a property because I would like to keep it my little secret, but it also deserves the praise. It is located in a private corner of an airpark development - super quiet, other than the birds in the marsh out behind the house. The hot tub was a nice feature to relax in after a day out hiking. "Such a beautiful home with comfy beds in every room. Loved that we were able to use the items they had to play at the beach comfortably, board games stocked and DVD player upstairs in the game room. Right on the lake was fun to sit near the fire and watch the boats go by. Bugs didnt come out till it got dark so pack your bug spray for night. Overall 10/10 definitely want to stay here again "
