"The linen had visible stains, including makeup. I was charged an additional fee for parking, I thought all taxes and fees were included in the total cost when reservation was made through Expedia.
It was dark when I checked in and I had to wait in the parking garage at night for a luggage rack to transport luggage from car to suite. (However, the staff member that delivered the luggage rack was very friendly and helpful. She actually helped me to load and transport my luggage).
The ice...

"Had a two bed, two full bath, full kitchen and combined living room/dining room area. Small front porch area. This was awesome for our family of four. The kids loved having their own room with two double beds so no fighting at bedtime!! Large bathrooms.
But they also have multiple pools on the property including a large splash pad and water playground for kids.
There is a theater on property and restaurant. Nice place. However, the walls are pretty thin. You can easily hear rowdy neighbors...

"We stayed here back in 2023 and everything was great so we chose it again this time around although the name has changed we could see it still had the same great amenities. Unfortunately I wouldn’t choose to stay here for a third time because this time around we had some uninvited guests (cockroaches)."

"During my stay, staff were nice and greeted us. I was not pleased with the room. Bathroom is outdated, tub peeling, furniture had a few stains. Carpet overall in room and hallway didn’t smell clean. The elevator too is outdated and made a couple of noise and wondered if my wife and I were going to get stuck. Nonetheless, bed was clean, quiet and we had a nice view."

"We’ve stayed at Mystic Dunes in Orlando twice and have really enjoyed our stays! The condos are spacious, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and there are three pools on the property. The location is also great—close to Disney, with a Walmart just around the corner, which is super convenient.
The kitchens are stocked with everything you need, including pots, pans, cleaning supplies, soaps, and more. The kitchens are on the smaller side and can feel a little cramped, but it was nice...

"I was not aware this Wyndam was part of a timeshare complex. I was looking for a quiet resort getaway, which it was a little bit. But there are 6 towers of timeshare as part of the property. In the morning before Disney pick-up (10:30am) and after 3:30pm it is a madhouse. The pool and hot tubs adjacent to the hotel were nice and serene until 3:30, the restaurants had good good and drink specials. The walking trail around the lake was pretty, I avoided the timeshare pool complexes and...

"This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. The first room we got had a really bad odor and the shower did not work. Instead of immediately addressing the issue they pushed it off and later that night tried fixing with no results. Then after changing my room the air was on all night and could not turn down it was 61 the entire time just froze through the night. Worst travel experience I have ever had. They are not as well maintained as the demos they show on the tour."
