"We had car trouble the morning of Labor Day and wanted to reschedule our room for the next night. We called the desk and were told we'd booked through expedia and had to do it through them. The only way to cancel a room on their site was to accept that it is non-refundable. When we realized our mistake we tried cancel, number one because it was the wrong date and because there was no one at the front desk when we tried to get a refund but they refused even though we received no services. I have been in the hospital for 8 weeks with more to come. We do not need extra expences."

"This Super 8 was horrible. I requested that the sheets and towels be changed, but they still did not do it. I ended up having to go downstairs and get everything taken care of myself.
The person at the front desk was very disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. There was so much unnecessary attitude, and that is not how you treat paying guests.
I cannot believe the Super 8 franchise allows this place to be run this way. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
