"Bed bugs! Everything about this hotel was great, except how they handled everything when I called to tell them, I woke up and found bedbugs in my bed. They said they were “on it”. We brought our items to the front and they said “yeah I can’t stand them” (referring to the bed bugs which made me believe this had happened before) and a manager would call later to discuss everything. "I stayed for four nights. I had originally booked two nights, and the king room was better than expected. When I needed a third night, there were no more kings available so I got a queen room with one bed. It was an accessible room (which I didn’t need) and the bathroom floor was in dire need of being replaced. I booked a fourth night and once again scored a king room.
