Overall, the stay was okay. We had adjoining rooms . Our first night there my children came to my room, to get things that I had packed and the adjoining door had locked behind them. Their keys were in their room therefore accidentally locking their keys in the one room. We had gone down a few times to get replacement keys, those keys wouldn’t unlock the door. I called down for maintenance and when maintenance came, they also couldn’t unlock the door. So we had to wait until the head maintenance came to the hotel to fix the door. So we were completely locked out of the one room for over an hour and a half when we were getting ready for bed. Having 6 people in the small room was rough.
The next morning, the fire alarms for some reason went off, which woke us up.
We had two 2 queen bed rooms, I did find that they were a little cramped, but that could be because there was three of us in each room.
Despite all that the staff was amazing, and kind. My children had fun in the pool, they also loved the cookies. The bartender was fantastic. We did accidentally leave AirPods, in the room that they have yet to find but stated that if found they would contact me.
