Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us. The third room that we were assigned appeared unused for a long time as there were stains/rings in the toilet. It should have been cleaned again. But we were too tired to get yet another room.
The breakfast foods (rolls) did not appear fresh as they were dry and hard. Coffee was unavailable on the.2 days that we attempted to eat there. The fitness center did not have towels in them and the water jug was not hooked up so was unusable.
We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
