"Parking was easy. Room seemed clean but property desperately needed to be refreshed…wallpaper was peeling off the walls and paint was chipped. Breakfast ran out on our second morning by 8:15 and we ended up getting Starbucks instead."

"Was charged a “local” cash only deposit. Live an hour away but had to leave a substantial ash deposit to sleep in a hotel. The clerk then made me feel unwanted when he had to check my room before I got my cash back. Not a good way to treat people"

"The breakfast was awful and the coffee even in bold flavor was like water, the coffee pot in my room was filled with scum and dirt, the sink wouldn't drain water so it would stay filled for hours and their were hardly any plug ons to charge our phones..upon our checkout a member of the cleaning crew followed my son and stepson thru the hallways asking them questions they couldn't understand bc it wasn't English and then kept knocking on my door knowing myself and my toddler were in there packing! Horrible stay, horrible hotel and horrible housekeeping staff"
