"Waffles for breakfast are good. Pool area is messy and look dirty. Staff closed pool 20 min before time as well. Outside trash was overflowing from both days there. Morning breakfast staff was awesome but second and third shift staff weee rude."

"Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast."

"There was damage to the A/C unit. Faucet wasn't fastened. I found a LIVE cockroach in my room. They are refusing to refund me because "I had already been there a few days day and it's a shared space so there's nothing they can do."."

"Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Clean room, great staff, only complaint was the maintenance in the bathroom was lacking. Cracked tile, broken section of the door, and corroded shower head. Minor things. Beyond that was a wonderful stay."

"The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and delightful! Continental breakfast is the BOMB! Compare it to any other and this one gets 1st place any day of the week! Cheese omelettes, hashbrowns, sausage, fresh pastries, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, coffee, and 4 types of fresh juice along with fresh fruit!!!! Unheard of these days…. "Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event."

"We were in Green Bay for a Luke Combs concert. I had booked the room on October 16th of last year, because I knew that it would be difficult to find a room, during the event. We checked in on May 14th and left to go down to Lambeau and enjoy the pre-concert festivities. That night we stayed with friends because it got late, and we didn't want to try and get an Uber. Well, when we returned the next night after the concert and our room key card wouldn't work. We could hear voices coming from...

"The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. "
