La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Mary
The environment was clean and smelled good at first look but if one looks closer you'll see the ground in dirt of carpet, mold under shower mat. Front desk staff hiding in back. Price is good, so you don't get what you don't pay for, like a clean room.

This hotel was run down. Most rooms were under renovation. You could hear smoke alarms beeping all night. This is a hotel that rents by the week so people live there. Room was not clean.
