"The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150...

"We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help"

It started upon arrival my rprepaid room was assigned to someone else with the same last name but a different first name. "Coffee readily available, lots of extra towels and pillows. The pool was nice and place was well maintained. I think the rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. Found some fingerprints on our walls. Generally it was a good place to stay if you’re looking for convenience but if you’re looking for upscale or 5 star hotel this isn’t it."

"Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"The rooms and hotel were very nice for the money. Somebody banged on my door really hard at 3 a.m. and was kicking?? They told me a person was causing a ruckus and they removed her from the property. You get a free drink at the tiki bar. It’s in a good location."

"We had a third floor room in a middle building. There were no usual amenities like shampoo or coffee in the room. It was quite a walk from our room, down a moldy elevator to the office for morning coffee which was already cold The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people. We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s."

"Scariest of budget stays I’ve been. Drug addicts and people sleeping in cars in multiple incidents. 7am tweeking neighbor standing and convulsing in front of door. Very scratchy place and clients. Weed smoke coming through front door from vehicle inhabitant. People visibly passed out in the parking lot."
