"Non smoking room smelled horrible, toilet wouldn't flush and they never came after we called, we ended up plunging it ourselves but it didn't fix the issue and they didn't offer us another room "

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. "Elevator nightmare. No safe smoking area for guests after 10pm. Laundry shakes the whole building, appreciated the quiet part which starts at 10pm but being shaken awake before 8am because the bed is vibrating wasn’t what we planned for a relaxing vacation "

"It’s like hitting the jackpot! My daughter and I stayed there to attend a ballet audition and during the stay, we both received an excellent service from the staff. The breakfast is great as well and very close to the airport and ballet studio. I recommend this place!"
