"The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall."

"Had a great very clean room. The staff was so friendly. Give this place a chance. But it's middle of Bradenton. Hopefully they can turn this old place around. I think they are just in the midst of remodeling. But the room was lovely along with the two wonderful ladies there. Tough area though in Bradenton."

"I stay at this same hotel each time I travel to Sarasota to visit family. I like it because I cannot hear anything in neighboring rooms and the hallways tend to be quiet as well. They have a very nice breakfast selection with some unique items and a big, sunny space with plenty of tables for eating. The beds are quite comfortable, and I find that the temperature in the room is responsive to my needs as someone not too comfortable in the Florida heat."

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."
