"Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported. Great staff."

"Unfortunately the gym and indoor pool were closed. We needed maintenance to open the balcony door and they were prompt and helpful. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, and the free coffee/tea/lemon water in the lobby. Also the mini store beside reception. I would stay here again if the pool and gym were open."

"Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again."

"My room was prefect over looking the harbour with a clear view of the harbour entrance and signal hill. Staff was very friendly and very helpful suppers were excellent with a wide variety to choose from on the menu. A good location very walkable to all downtown attractions including George street."

"Nice large room with a very comfy bed. Close to downtown, so we could walk almost everywhere. It's quite an old building, so you need to accept the stairs and thin walls."

"The room is like a light house keeping room. The rates were reasonable. We had to catch an early plane and the two hotels near the airport were ridiculously expensive. We took the number one from Crossroads and were at the airport in 15 minutes. If you are dropping off a rental, this is the hotel to stay in."

"Overall, it was a great experience. It's an old building, so if you have the right expectations going in of a quaint old Inn, then you'll be happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and isn't that what matters most? The staff at the restaurant were the real stars: friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. Shoutout to Heather!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle."
