"The facility are no good,the air conditioning system was old and noisy. Poor cleanliness,they didn’t change beds,from one day to the other they didn’t clean the room. The staff was at war with themselves."

"Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. There is a station 2 minutes away so you don’t need a car to get there. Once you inside you fell relaxed and very welcome by the lovely staff. "Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable though the pillow was lumpy. I slept well with the quiet air conditioning keeping the room cool. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice touch."
