Quand nous sommes arrivés hôtel était dans des rénovations le déjeuner pas de buffet et la chambre pas adapté pour recevoir une personne à mobilité réduite duites manque de service et en plus un bain la personne n’a plus se laver nous sommes partis une journée avant car vu tout ça aucun plaisir de tester la personne responsable est au courant elle devait me rappeler dans la journée de hier pour rembourser une nuit j’ai pris cette hôtel à cause du buffet et la grande chambre très très déçu j’attends toujours le remboursement et l’appel j’espère que vous pourrez m’aider de votre part merci

Throughout our stay, we experienced nothing short of excellence. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, creating an environment that truly felt like home. Each morning, we indulged in a lavish breakfast, and on one afternoon, we enjoyed high tea, which made us feel like royalty.
The bed and breakfast, built in 1888, boasts an abundance of charm and character, elegantly adorned with antique furnishings that transport guests back in time.
We cherished our stay so much that we've already made a reservation for July, as we anticipate that the town of Gananoque is more tranquil in the winter compared to the vibrant spring and summer months.
