Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch."

"Pool - excellent temperature, and the children really enjoyed the shallow end. Perfect for young children after a day at the Aquatarium. Breakfast - great selection of foods including hot items like omelettes, potatoes and sausages. Kids loved the different flavours in waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles/chocolate chips. Location - quiet with plenty of parking but also right next to dollars stars, Superstore and Walmart, and Boston Pizza should you need anything/foods. Staff - Very friendly, efficient, and approachable; they are easily accessible via text and check in on their guests regularly."

"Bonjour Quand nous sommes arrivés hôtel était dans des rénovations le déjeuner pas de buffet et la chambre pas adapté pour recevoir une personne à mobilité réduite duites manque de service et en plus un bain la personne n’a plus se laver nous sommes partis une journée avant car vu tout ça aucun plaisir de tester la personne responsable est au courant elle devait me rappeler dans la journée de hier pour rembourser une nuit j’ai pris cette hôtel à cause du buffet et la grande chambre très très déçu j’attends toujours le remboursement et l’appel j’espère que vous pourrez m’aider de votre part merci "

"Mold in bathroom around tub. Bathroom needed up dates. Breakfast not available at 8 would be another 25 minutes to open. Went to the office at 8 but doors locked . Had to leave so went without."

"The room was pretty gross. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Not like someone had just been smoking in there, but like it had years of smoking and it’s embedded in everything. Walking through the property you can tell it’s not well cared for. They painted the walls in sections but there was excess paint on all door jams and signs. It’s like someone painted who had no skill and got paint everywhere. The front desk staff was nice enough though. The breakfast was sub par at best. The food wasn’t great and the toaster burnt one side of everything and left the other side untoasted. I won’t stay there again, I have low standards and this didn’t meet them."
