"Staff great. Room was nice (though I would have liked a dresser, even if it was small. Not crazy about living out of my luggage, especailly given the bathroom was so large. I realize old buildings have restrictions). Perfect locaton, great check in experience. I would hightly recommed the hotel. "

"The hostel was awesome! We had our own room with bathroom and it was clean and comfortable. We even had our own shower, which I didn’t expect! So loved the breakfast selection and everyone there was so kind and friendly. If back in NOLA, I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Some very good features included ample power and USB outlets, robes and slippers with turn-down service, and a very nice and professional housekeeping staff. On the negative side, the TV, while large, had no provision for plugging in an HDMI cable for personal premium streaming content, so it was largely unused. Also, we tried the Criollo restaurant on the premises for breakfast and were treated fairly rudely, since even with the restaurant largely empty, we were seated directly next to the...

"I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful."

"The room was very clean although it had a slight odor. We didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention. The hotel is very close to Jackson square and Bourbon Street. Valet parking was easy and the staff is super friendly. We will stay here again and request a different room possibly with a balcony "

"Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid. "

"You cannot beat this location. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were delighted with the Vacherie next door - the food was very good - some of the best we had the whole trip. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was a tight squeeze, but we made it work. We would stay again the next time we visit! Highly recommend!"

"AC was fine, staff was somewhat friendly but they seemed short staffed. The hallways were a bit dirty and the coffee maker in the room didn't work. "
