"Stayed in a newly renovated room. Very clean but not too quiet. Our room had an awesome view of the Mississippi River and we heard lots of car / boat horns at all hours of the night. "

"When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service at all. I had to call on the second day to request some clean towels. After waiting over half an hour I had to call again to see if there was a mixup as we had not received them. Ended up getting the towels within ten minutes after the second call. That was pretty inconvenient but overall we had a great stay. "

Kept trying to call and phone would not ring finally called desk and they said high volumes not taking orders. This went on for an hour. She said happens all the time when there is an event no room service Friday and Saturday. So I think you should let people know a head of time if this happens all the time. When we check in"
