Ernie was excellent in recommending places to eat at. All the staff was very helpful. We had dinner the night of the 15th which was our anniversary and our waitress was so thoughtful (I wish I was better at names) she brought us out beignets with chocolate that had happy anniversary on it.

We had a great stay! Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and nice. The restaurants connected to the hotel had great food and service. The Roosevelt in New Orleans is a great property. Old world charm everywhere you look. The service from the valets, porters, bell hops, etc. was fantastic. It is super nice when the next day they recognize you and ask how things are going and if you need anything. We always had someone there to help whenever we needed it. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms were quiet and very clean. If you like classic bars, the Sazerac Bar is special. Great selection and great staff. This is the property we will come back to next time we need a place to stay in New Orleans.

Absolutely loved my stay here. It was lovely. The property is beautiful, clean and the staff nice. Valet was awesome to work with and always had my car ready when I needed it. Room was large and comfortable with high ceilings and. high end finishes in the bathroom. Quiet and the hallways are large and spacious. Didn't have time while there to try the restaurants but they looked nice as well.

Beautifully restored gem across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Rooms are top shelf. Bars and restaurants didn’t get the same amount of care. And if there’s a comfortable, private lounge area for guests I couldn’t find it.
