"Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. Bed was comfortable, my tv worked at least and the room was spacious and gave me all I needed. "The reason it’s priced low is because of the condition of the hotel. The staff were very nice, WiFi was spotty but that’s in most hotels and if your in NOLA you are not in the hotel much anyways besides to sleep so this provided exactly that. I traveled solo and had no issues. Do not stay here if you are expecting luxury."
