"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. It was pretty worn down and I could feel the springs and the bar in the center. Because I didn't sleep well, I laid...

"Hot tub was cold. Room was very musty. She Took forever to get checked in. Front desk person on his phone the entire time I was wanting help. My 13 year old felt very unsafe. "

"The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door."

Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. "

"The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."
