"Condo was very comfortable and well situated to various activities on the DE coast. The kitchen was great for cooking and the living room area nicely set up for relaxing and TV time. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. "Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Stayed here for a long weekend for a family funeral. This location was just what we needed! Close to family for formal functions. Great space for multiple family members to have privacy. Balcony very relaxing. Overall great place to gay for any occasion. "
