The staff generally were friendly and tried hard to assist. However, English skills were not good in most of them.
On the negative sides there were big issues. I was in Delhi on business and wifi was a critical requirement.
This did not work from my room and was on and off in the reception area.
There is. I eat aura today at the hotel and the advertised pool ( one of the things I was really looking forward to) looks like it has not been operational for a very long time.
The hot water in my room was not hot, in fact some days I would describe it as unpleasantly cold.
The place is also a long way from anything. You need to get an Uber to do anything at all - including eating.
The venue is a wedding and event facility and only has about 18 rooms that they rent out. Some nights there were three weddings happening at a time and the sound of the music and noise was terrible. This would carry on well past midnight. Many times I was woken after 3am by people continuing to party in their rooms.
I can not recommend this place in good faith to anyone. Spend a little more and get a good place closer to town and with good facilities.
I will never stay there again.
