"Booked this hotel for my father only because it was easily accessible to railway station who was travelling late at night. But had worse experience ever.Never book this area with Expedia , the ownership was changed and not updated with Expedia. "3rd stay at Novotel but this time both my friends and I didn’t sleep in both rooms we received. Noisy and pounding. Placed on 3 rd floor, gym and spa on 2 nd floor. Also very noisy outside with street noise which is the first. Last 2 stays it was quiet but this time had the dinner buffet for 4 people and it came to close to $45 USD per person which to me is very expensive for India’s pricing, total charge over $177. Would have gone out to World Mark to eat but didn’t feel like leaving hotel...
