Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean! Our room was pretty clean but few areas I was a little uncomfortable in at first due to other people's hair on the floor and in corners of the bathroom and on tub side! "Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again."

"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Place is clean but it’s old. To me smelled like smoke. Toilet and shower work ok but not the greatest. Walls are paper thin can hear people just talking in the next room. Breakfast first day was out of everything and had to wait for food to be restocked. Second day was much better. Food selection is limited."
