"Checking in was down when we arrived. They took us to our room and then made us come back to lobby. Called later for keys and payment. $100 a day fee/hold that was not listed on Expedia. Refundable if everything was ok?? Our phone did not work the whole time we were there. No book with introduction of property. No lists of things to do or on property restaurant. They didn't clear our room last night."

"We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service"

"The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season."
