Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends."

"The website photos make the everything look bigger. This is an older hotel. Not much room between the foot of bed and desk area. When I was working at the desk my husband couldn’t walk by me to get to the fridge. Would be nice to have a night stand on both side of the bed to put your phone and book on. The shower was narrow. And we were short hand towels and wash cloths. Very small pool and narrow hallway. Carpet in hallway way was old and has been shampooed to many times and was permanently...

"Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

"You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Spiders in our room. It felt unsafe. You could hear everything going on outside. The place is RUN down and gross. We paid $200 for a night and I feel that I was robbed for that price for the o experience we had. Avoid it unless you’re desperate or you can deal with that type of low quality, I’ve stayed at motel 6s that were nicer!"

"Stayed for a week- no issues. Easy access- close to airport. Used hot tub and weight room. Breakfast was always good- just wish there was more of a variety of hot food for a weeks stay (only thing different was sausage or bacon). Great stay - no complaints."

"Our motorcycle club (20 bikes) reserved rooms 4-6 weeks prior. When we arrived we were told the motel had sold and that they didn’t have any of our reservations (these had all been paid for in advance). It finally was straightened out but what a pain! There were no coffee pots in the rooms and when my husband went down to get coffee in the morning, there was only a 12 cup household coffee pot in the breakfast room. The breakfast offerings were cereal, bagel and yogurt. Won’t be back!"

"My wife loved the B&B, it's so cute. It's right next to the local restaurant and bar, and was quiet. If we were to travel in that area again we would stay there. Parking is right next to your door, +++++"
