"Check in was disappointing when we were told that the hotel has limited connecting rooms and for suite plus twin room combination only. This is not correctly stated on hotel.com website! Please correct it to stop misleading people. The overall experience was compensated by the excellent service from all hotel staff especially the friendly concierge and housekeeper.
