"The room we were in for pets smelled terrible as though pet accidents were an expectation and never cleaned up, room was dirty, chair and ottoman looked so dirty and worn we wouldn’t even put our items on it. If we hadn’t been so tired, we would have gone elsewhere. "

"Great stay! We arrived early with a baby and they allowed us to check in as soon as the first room was available for no extra charge. Tons of comfy seating in the lobby to wait if necessary. The property is new and clean. Room is spacious and had everything we need for us, our 9 year old and our infant. Definitely staying there again when we come into town. "

"The bathroom was very dirty with urine on the wall and tile near the toilet. The towel bar was out of the wall and the carpet needed vacuuming! We were there for three days and our room was not serviced once. A staff member did walk into the room unannounced - have no idea why! When they realized that the room was occupied they just turned around and shut the door. Also, the first morning there we went down to have breakfast approximately 45 minutes before closing and there was very limited food still available. Most items had been taken and had not been replaced. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked the front desk if they could replace a few items, which they did add some more eggs but left the oatmeal and waffle batter empty. I had reserved a room here for 9 days this summer, but needless to say I have already cancelled that reservation!!"
