"We stayed in a suite for 5 people. The room was large with very comfortable beds, proper heating for the chilly nights and quiet fan. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The gym was well equipped, as we could view through the window. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to use it. It was the perfect place to stay for 2 nights!"

"Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired."

"When we checked into the hotel, our room was 77°. The front desk was called three times and an employee did come up to “reset” the thermometer. We were told no other rooms were available and the room was still 77° when we checked out the next day. "

"We got into town late. The room wasn’t not great but we were tired. The next working I looked out onto the patio/“pool area” and there were used drug needs right outside our sliding glass door. We were traveling with two young girls and chose to check out immediately. The staff was nice, everything else needs a lot of work. "

"There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. "
