"The room was clean. Parts of hotel looked older. Overall, it was okay. My only complaint was that I was charged an extra $60 when my bill was closed out. The hotel blamed expedia and expedia is difficult to reach so I never got an answer. So buyer beware if you use this hotel or expedia"

"Breakfast was nice. Elevator needs help. Need to update bed linens. Front desk needs to avoid saying room # out loud when giving guest keys for guests safety."

"Property was nice however took hours to check in due to internet being down? After waiting hours, I was given a key twice that didn’t work and then the 3rd time they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I had me walk in on other guests in their room. The staff had me running back and forth all over the hotel due to these mistakes and this caused me to be late to a wedding which was my reason for visiting. and took away all my time to get ready. It was overwhelming staying here and left...
