"Ex Motel 6 run by a great staff but the property is terrible. The rooms smell and the carpets are dirty. I feel bad for the employees because they were all great with excellent customer service but they have a terrible property to work with."

"Breakfast was so good, the jacuzzi was lovely after a long drive, and the charm of this 1790s inn was simply perfect. I was thoroughly impressed with the retrofitting of the old rooms— my thermostat worked perfectly, as did the water pressure and temperature. I loved the true B&B style parlor room, porch, and deck. I was there for a wedding, so I would say the only thing that would have been nice to have in my room is a full-length mirror and perhaps a vanity light in the bathroom for getting...

"Remodeling was well done. Very quiet so we did t have to share bathrooms or showers. Kinda tough as there was no microwave. Tv, and no small refrigerator in room. And nowhere outside to sit together without having to buy drinks. Only one seat in room so someone had to sit on bed. Coffee was available downstairs was watery. Overall nice but lace if you just sleep and shower."

"Check in was confusing, but after texting with Heather, we figured it out. You enter through the restaurant and since it was closed on Mondays, there was no staff on site. The suite we were in was very nice, brand new and big. The shower and water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable. The stained glass windows were beautiful. The inn is on a busy corner and you can hear the traffic at times. Breakfast was basic and the trash can was overflowing as there was no staff to clean it up....

"I have visited the area twice last year at a different place but forgot the name as I was booking. Booked the Inn by mistake, so it was a surprise when I arrived. But a great experience. Great big spacious comfortable room and bathroom. Huge, friendly front porch overlooking the bay. Also a very short walk to places to eat. See you next year."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The service requests were answered by text. That did not make it more convenient, because after I phoned in a request for an iron, before I left, I still had to request an iron when I got there. Also the elevator was out of service or maybe there was no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor after a long and exhausting flight. Food is excellent. Overall it was a great stay."

"Property was OK, although not a good value for the money. On the web, it looks like a quaint little wine hotel - reality is, not so much. Worst part is the giant TV blaring sports from breakfast until night time - the opposite of what a wine hotel should have."
