They rent rooms for a long period of times I see that they look like little apartments the building looks crooked even going down the stairs you have to go sideways. If you wanna get in the building you have to call the number in order for them to bust you in as there’s no direct access that guy got upset when we were...

"I have known and loved the Beekman for decades. It is genteel-ly worn but a great location with a nice breakfast. I recommend trying to stay in the actual inn or the Firehouse. The more motel rooms are fine but not quite as nice. Wonderful location and fabulous staff!"

"I would be amiss if I didn’t compliment the food: very tasty and big portions. However, our room was rather dissapointing and felt extremely expensive. For all intent and purposes it was a container. There was a smell that we couldn’t identify and the beds were uncomfortable. It was not a restful night. If you spend your day hiking at Kings Canyon and planning to drive to Yosemite the next day (like we did) this place is a very convinient location to stay."

"We enjoyed our overnight at Lamie's. We stayed in the older section and the brick wall and 4 poster beds added a homey, authentic feel to the vibe of the Old Salt Tavern next door. Beds comfortable, room clean. The rooms & bathroom are a little small but perfect if your plan doesn;t include spending lots of time in your room. We came to visit friends in the area and had lunch and dinner at the Old Salt which was really convenient to just come downstairs rather than having to drive somewhere...
