"Took a long time to check in because a couple was there reviewing their future wedding plan reservations room by room ... (at 3 PM, arggh) but once she asked them to wait, she checked us in quickly. "This was our first stay at this hotel/Inn but we visit Stowe several times a year. This place has a location convenient to walking to downtown Stowe and to the walking path and plenty of restaurants. Very nice facility and friendly helpful staff. All at a reasonable price. Will stay here again when next visiting Stowe."

"The hotel was nice enough for the price and has recently been updated (it appears). The neighborhood looked a little sketchy by the light of day. The hotel requires a $60 cash deposit which I was unaware of and I didn't have the cash on me. They have an ATM on the property but it charges you $3.50 to get cash, so the deposit part was annoying."

"Rooms are absolutely nasty, there was stains all over our walls, mold here and there.. melted ice cream in our freezer, and our friends room and nasty adult toys under the bed. "

"Such a cool concept. Fun decor. Nice restroom and shower. Towels could be better. The area in general felt unsafe at times. The parking space are tight and it is loud. You hear everything in the other rooms and courtyard. As well as the road noise. Traffic can be very bad in that area during seasons lighting could be better. No sure about the breakfast. Seemed odd to only have oatmeal as an option. Coffee was really good. Doors are heavy! Key fob is very hard to see in the dark. "

"They gave us wrong access code to the room. Had to wait quite a time for someone to open the door. We arrived late at night,very tired. The staff didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. He acted like we entered wrong number and when I show the code that I received, he said it is not his fault, it is their fault. I don't know who the 'they'. He had very annoyed attitude toward us. We didn't cause any trouble."

"Quick and easy check in and out, friendly staff, great stay for the price. Thin walls/windows/doors so if loud people are around you will hear it. Overall clean room, bathroom, bedding, and towels. Hot water takes a while but it works."
