"Great week-long stay. We loved the king corner room - the views were fantastic. Room was large and comfortable. All staff were really accommodating."

"Upon arrival, the guest service agents were kind and attentive to guests, even while others waited in line, and were careful to give each guest their attention. With this location being in the heart of downtown, it was easy to walk to the theatre or enjoy a walk along the lake."

"It was clean but traveled awhile to get there. I don’t have a ton of money but wanted to give my son a fun weekend. The staff was pretty rude. He spilt a cup of water while we were checking in and I offered to clean it up but staff was really irritated. Then when I asked if we could check in early the receptionist said “absolutely not”. There were a few other instances where staff was pretty rude too. But overall it was really clean and great location."

"Furniture worn down, torn up, door falling off hinges on fridge. Need to be updated. Staff is a joke, they are lazy! I will NEVER stay there again!"

"We loved our stay here! Super convenient location to everything in downtown and Lake Michigan. The hotel was clean and well stocked and the high ceilings made the room feel much bigger. The bar downstairs was great and we were given free drink tickets each night."
