I did not experience that with said staff had a massive issue with parking that led to me having to call the front desk 16 times after being hung up on while I was stuck in the parking garage at the gate trying to get into valet Had another problem, getting extra pillows and blankets. "My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!"
