We really enjoyed our stay, however, we did experience some issues during the check in. They were unable to find my reservation, which resulted in me having to contact two Expedia representatives. In the end, it was resolved, but it was frustrating and if I’m being honest, embarrassing.

Over all a great stay. Small things like getting room with a balcony that I guess I should have asked, but assumed would be overlooking course or other amenities was there over looking parking lot and highway never would have expected so didn’t request my fault!

Parking was abundant. Staff helpful enough and polite. I could tell hotel was remodeled pretty recent. The reason I gave only three stars was bc this hotel is also an extended stay hotel and the residents are very comfortable there. The hotel smells of cigarette and other smoke.
