Hotel Motel 6 di Denver

"Terrible upkeep. Deadbolt didn't work at all in the first room that I was assigned. In this neighborhood, not a good thing. Got a replacement room: AC/heater/fan didn't work at all, smoke detector had been removed from the wall and the "non-smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke. Front panel of vanity for sink had been torn off. Questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Staff was helpful enough and processed my request for a refund. "Had to switch rooms twice. The first one the heat didn't work. Second room moved to the toilet didn't flush. Was offered a room with two beds and was told I would have to pay more. Vernie was rude, raised her voice and told me to leave. Threatening to call security, I did nothing wrong and was completely calm the whole time. Very unprofessional lady. I would never recommend this hotel. Run down place."
