This is a BASIC old school motel. Very clean, everything works. If you want coffee in the morning, bring a coffee pot. No shampoo or conditioner supplied but there's soap.

The couple that own the place are beyond helpful and friendly. Our first evening, we had an issue with the tv going out, and after reviewing the satellite had gone out, they were more than helpful and offered us another room :) The location and environment were perfect for our stay to go to a lot of local antique shops in the area. We had such an enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible
when I went to check, felt I was being inconvenienced to owner. The size of room disappointing. The carpet was dirty/stained. The WiFi kept going in/out. No pillowcases. Only pillow protector. Stain on box spring. Room smelt musty. The Febreeze that was in bathroom empty. I had to get a candle to help freshen room. The water pressure/temperature was great. However, the molding around tub was coming apart and there was mold in cracks and in and around the tile wall of shower. The previous reviews showed good and with name penn Amish, thought it was run by Amish. That was in error. Shows 7/10. That is incorrect. I wouldn’t give it past a 4 (that’s being nice)

This is a very old property, It's not in very good condition. Seems a bit unsafe as it is back from roadway and not many people there. OK for a cheap one night stay if you don't mind condition and musty smell in the room.

glad I ordered a king bed.Four seperate building with kings..I'm not sure I wanted to stay in the old motel.Penn Amish..Tricky ..Owned by an man from India..then again, what motel is not owned by an indian..

Check-in was not a good experience. Owner couldn't find my reservation. Finally got my copy of the email to show him (the one he said three times he didn't need to see). Never had that happen there before. Room was like it normally is, clean & comfortable. Everything worked. Check-out is easy. Just drop the key thru the door slot.

Best bed ever , pleasant surprise

The location was conveint. The rooms were clean and it was queit after about 10 pm. The bed was very firm, which is not my preferance but it was fine. The staff wee freindly and responsive.

The bed was as hard as sleeping on pice of wood trash was not empty there for three days water was hot tv remote control was all messed up was told they fix in one hour there 3 nights
