"Great location and value with a good breakfast but all kinds of problems. 22-floor hotel with only two elevators, one of which often wouldn’t accept the card key to reach our floor. Our floor ice maker was broken. Our room had no outlets on the night stands or desks. Our shower butted right up to the sink, which poked thru the curtain. The pull to send the bathtub water up to the shower wouldn’t stay in place, so the tub flooded and the water would divert back down during showers leaving nothing coming out of the shower head. The rooms have little temperature control and the windows cannot be opened. Not really worth the value and not really up to Holiday Inn levels."

"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. We were asked to walk to another restaurant for restaurant service and directed to eat snacks from the minibar instead. During our stay there were several consecutive days including a whole weekend when the restaurant was not made available to hotel guests while charging guests an extra "amenity fee". The hotel has a nice gym but no swimming pool, so the hotel restaurant feels like a minimum thing to count on among amenities."

"Our room was nice & clean, decor was just ok, kinda of blah But not a real important key to staying. The front desk women were extremely helpful with sunny dispositions. Great location, lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance Or hop on the free bus service to venture a little further away. The only issue I have is that I was over charged $84, I called & spoke to a nice front desk person who said they would investigate & get back to me, it’s now been 2 weeks with no word. Now I’ll have to go through the hassle of pursuing this.Due to this we will not be staying there again."
