"A really terrific stay. The hotel was super clean, the bed comfy, the shower was really nice. Free breakfast was delicious."

"Entire place smelled of smoke (lobby, halls, room, sheets), the front desk staff was smoking right outside the lobby doors, hotel numbers were written on the walls, loud music playing from other rooms all night, did not feel safe at all with questionable people/activities going on. Expressed concerns with hotel and Expedia. Checked out after first night. They refused to give a refund. Would not stay again."

"This hotel was nice and comfortable and we had a pleasant experience here. The TV was fine but the bed didn't face it so it was weird to have to crane my neck to the side to relax and watch something. Also there were channels like Comedy Central that were just black no matter what. I kind of really wanted to watch South Park in Denver even though that's silly and I was disappointed that I couldn't do that.
