"Room was nice and clean. Hotel is extremely close to airport so you’re there in 3 minutes time. Restaurant Wingnutz had amazing wings and pizza. 10/10"

"Overall excellent. I had an issue with the refrigerator but due to maintenance not being available, I took it upon myself to resolve it since it was imperative to have it ready. So, it was all about reconnecting to the electric outlet and rearranging the connections. It all worked out. I have no idea as to the reason for the cable to be disconnected from the wall. But it was good after that."

"I want to be clear: this place is the worst, except for the hot tub. They didn't have room slippers, their internet was down, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Rooms are advertised as rooms and as non-smoking rooms; in reality, the entire property is a no-smoking zone. No water bottles in the room, no extra water bottles anywhere in the hotel, apparently. Thoroughly unejoyable except for the tub which was great so if you have money do it"

"Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 minutes from Six Flags Darien Lake and easy to get to. No breakfast but they do have coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the main lobby in the morning. Two floors and no elevator"

"property was very run down. Rooms smelled like mold and smoke. very old carpet in room. old bed covers. Pool was closed. Front staff was rude. Didnt even stay, checked out and left after 5 min. they wouldn't refund the booking. Front staff was yelling. Dont book this hotel!!!"

"This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could I have switched hotels, I would have. Took over 45 minutes to check in. They overbooked the hotel, the rooms paid for are not available…. Please do yourself a favour and stay very far away from this hotel. Black mold in the rooms and bathrooms. "I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

Upon contacting the front desk as the prompt stated, we were met with resistance and lack of assistance, the girl at the desk telling us to contact the internet provider to fix it ourselves. "Hotel, lobby and bar very beautiful antique decor. Loved the mini aquarium in the lobby and jacuzzi room was quite comfortable. Only dislike was the breakfast, very nice set up, however food was bland, and tasteless...left with coffee and banana. May stay again, definitely getting breakfast elsewhere"

After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days.
